Instead of eating over 300 calories from just one serving of pumpkin pie, enjoy this lower calorie version of a holiday favorite.

Pumpkin Mousse

  • 2 small packages of sugar-free vanilla and/or butterscotch pudding
  • 3 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 (14 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup fat-free cool whip

Mix well and refrigerate.
